Well, as fate would have it, Mother Nature played an interesting game with the sunshine today and as you can see as you pan right, no amount of doctoring could smooth out this Wrinkle in Time. Notice that for part of the VR, the beach was in bright sunlight and part was in shade. Such is life and light in the Pacific. Balmy trades scoot low flying clouds under the sun.
As you pan around, you'll see kids already hard at work on a sand fort and folks strolling the beach. The big group of folks under the trees to the right is Alcoholics Anonymous. They meet every morning 7-8 weekdays and 8-9:15 on Sundays. One of their curious flock came over and asked what I was up to and told me about themselves.
The lone gentleman in blue standing on the dunes is a Mr. Quinn, who voluntarily and unknowingly stood still as my camera gobbled him in two shots. Last computer he used (we talked later) was a Wang. He's retired and doesn't like computers after his experience with Wang. I tried to convert him to Macintosh but I don't think I was successful.
The gals in a circle behind Mr. Quinn seemed to be some sort of support group. They broke up before I could satisfy my curiosity and they stood around the parking lot talking intensely in pairs, so I exited to return to Wrinkle Central.
I did continue around again with another circle and will post that one later. This is the real deal Wrinkle of the moment for me. Sun and shade in 160 - 180 seconds.
My DC 50 takes 8 seconds to process. I figure it took me almost 3 minutes to shoot my whole circle of 16. My second frame was a few seconds after 9:00 straight up...
